The Hazard Critical Control Point Training has been completed by Tim and Mary Ellen Baker, they were educated on the state of the art approach to consistent safe food production. The objective of a HACCP program is to preclude problems associated with hazards (physical, chemical, and microbiological) in food products. In addition to our rigorous training and upkeep of IPIA and HACCP standards, we have undergone extensive amounts of retail store inspections.
